Ohashi Korin (1901-1983)
Born in Gifu prefecture, he was a monk of Rinzai sect's Daitoku-ji school. After graduating from Hanazono university, he studied under Maruyama Denne. He served as the chief priest of Korin-in subtemple of Daitoku-ji temple, of Enshin-ji temple of Nachikatsura, Wakayama prefecture, and of Ryuo-ji temple of Mie prefecture.
